We’ve been starting a tradition of doing Steak Dinners every summer, but this year’s menu is anything but traditional. Moving a little away from the common “steakhouse food” vibe, but still with that big shrimp cocktail/big bold flavors/slice of big cake spirit, we went in a more Japanese direction with the ingredients and flavors. AND WE ARE SO STOKED WITH THE RESULTS.
