Tapas & Rossejat: A Food Journey to Spain


Y’all know we LOVE us some Spanish food, particularly Rossejat. You know: the toasted angel hair pasta dish, soaked up with smokey soffitto, studded with chorizo, and slathered with garlicky allioli. It’s kiiiiiind of a cult fave at SDC, and we support that. (Mostly because we, ourselves, also have a cult like devotion to it.)  For our first true SUMMER menu at SDC this year, we thought we would throw down some Spanish food, with Rossejat as the main course stunner.

  • Rossejat de Fideos with Peas, Chorizo, Shrimp, and Green Garlic Allioli
