Our friend Sabrina Medora launched her own platform, Un-Plated, sharing the compelling stories of chefs and educating readers on the challenges and successes of opening, owning, and operating restaurants. We are thrilled to co-host these special dinners with her, going through milestones in SDC’s 14 year history: SDC (the start with Josh and Christine), HBFC (the big accidental hit), TRIBECCA’S CUBANO (Becca’s breakout), CAMCHI KIMCHI (Cam’s take the jarred fermented veggies), and THE FUTURE OF SDC (the evolution of SDC with Alex). Sabrina will be crafting a written piece to support these dinners.
