We are harboring serious crushes on noodles and broth. Just a bunch of hopeless ramentics around here, which is why we are devoting our November dinners to ramen. And not just any ramen. Schmaltzy Ramen! Sounds like love to us.

  • Chilled Shrimp with Ponzu and Seaweed Crunchies

  • Okonomiyaki with Bacon & Brussel Sprouts, Scallions, Orange Kewpie Mayo, Tonkatsu Sauce, Bonito Flakes

  • Hearty Salad Greens, Octopus Fritter Takoyaki, Edamame, Pickled Carrots and Daikon Radish, Shiso and Creamy Wasabi Dressing

  • Schmaltzy Ramen: Golden Chicken Dashi, Pork Belly, Camchi Kimchi, Chili Schmaltz, Tare, 63.8 Degree Egg, and Pickled Shiitakes
