Big Steak Dinners

It seems we haven’t done a BIG STEAK dinner in two years?? What’s the world coming to? We apologize for this temporary and very unintentional hiatus. We love this dinner, mostly because we love a big ol’ grilled steak, but also because we love creating (and EATING!) all the dishes around it. Inspired by both steakhouse food and all the rainbow of produce bursting on the farmers market table scene.

BURGER DINNERS! That’s right folks - one of our most popular (and our personal favorites) dinner of the year returns. We always like to do a big round of Burger Dinners around the opening of The Green City Market, as a throwback to our roots of slinging burgers at the market on Saturdays - and to commemorate the start of another glorious growing season. It’s spring time, y’all (FINALLY)! Get outside, and get to these dinners!
