2017 CASSOULET DINNERS!!!

Officially announcing our annual cassoulet dinner season!  This will be our 12th year serving our favorite meat and beans casserole. Complete with duck fat bread crumbs and requisite swipe of dijon mustard. And the dinner, as always, ends with chocolate mousse.

Post-cassoulet dinners, we wondered what our next round of dinners would be. Quite simply, the food we want to eat. Loosely based in Thai flavors, this is what we want to eat and we hope you do too!
