We take our barbecue seriously. It’s got a depth to it that is subtle, but EVERYTHING. We are excited to take on the challenge of mastering our smoker, firing up our grill, and tang-ing up our sauces for this round of late summer dinners.

Mexican Dinners

We are so stoked about this food, we are literally drooling just reading the menu. Those who have been coming to SDC for awhile know that our hearts beat for Mexican food. This round has the bonus addition of fall market ingredients. Brussels, Apples, Pumpkin, Squash, Grapes - these are the goodies we crave as the leaves start to fall and the air crisps up in our fair city.
